Dr Saad related the information to me clearly.
However, I needed to have an ultrasound and was told that I would have to wait up to 1 week for chat, therefore I think waiting times could be improved!

The initial checking was done wrong, was booked in with GP out of hours service, when we were seen by GP they re-booked as in with A and E minors dept, so 1 and a half was wasted there, after being seen by assessment nurse rest of service was good. The minors doctor Atif Munir was very good. Need to improve book in procedure to waste less time.

The treatment on the day was very good and all of the staff were courteous, friendly and efficient.
The information provided in advance of the treatment could have been improved.
-There was some uncertainty about whether or not I was to have a local/general anesthetic.
